I found The Authentic Culinary Class that offers variety of courses, momo making being one of them. I instantly signed up for the course. I was Curious to learn the dish i loved most, i spent no time to get down to the real thing, that is momo making. Sona, the instructor, I found during the course was the Master of momo making, she seemed to know everything about momo. she guided me through so nice that i ended up making my own momo.. My kids and wife now are always looking forward to the next weekend for the momos that I make.
I had such a wonderful time at the momo making class at The Authentic Culinary Class! The experience was fun, interactive, and perfect for learning about authentic Nepali cuisine. The instructors were incredibly friendly and patient, making every step easy to follow, from preparing the filling to folding the momo beautifully. Step by step guidance was top notch. Me and my husband took the Chicken Momo-Making Class at The Authentic Culinary Class during my stay in Kathmandu, and it was hands-down one of the best cultural experiences of my trip! The class was incredibly well-organized, starting with a fun visit to the local market where we learned about traditional teas and picked out fresh vegetables for our dishes. Back in the kitchen, the instructors were welcoming, patient, and highly skilled. They guided us through the entire process from scratch: making the dough, dicing the savory fillings, and mastering the tricky art of folding and shaping the momos (they taught us multiple beautiful styles). Steaming them and finally eating our own creations was so satisfying.
